You'll enjoy watching the lanai tv while chilling in the pool. Grilling out is easy on the Weber BBQ grill. Open air concept when triple slider is concealed into the wall for totally open view! Watch the alligators, eagles and birdlife daily. This home offers power see thru hurricane screens that provide sunshade. Gourmet kitchen with huge island for entertainment. Open concept living space with large 65" tv. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 dressers, 2 night stands and huge walk in closet. Walk out to the lanai from the master. En suite bathroom has double sinks, and beautiful walk in shower with luxury shower system including multiple shower heads and hand spray. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, night stand and sliders open to lanai. Third bedroom has 2 twin size beds that can be made into a king, dresser and night stand. Located on same street as Golf Clubhouse. Eagle Lakes Golf Club is an affordable public course or enjoy the clubhouse for lunch or a cocktail.
